BRTV Board Chairman Mehmet Çetinkaya was a guest at our Faculty as part of the "Media Sector Representatives Meet with Our Students" event.
The event began with Çetinkaya's presentation that he had visited various countries throughout his career. Following the presentation, Çetinkaya emphasized that there is nothing a journalist can want and fail to achieve, and that this should be an example for students.
Çetinkaya shared his professional experiences with our Faculty students at the event. Our students, who are candidates to be future media sector employees, followed the event with interest. Çetinkaya explained to our students how the idea of establishing our Faculty came about, the problems that occurred during the construction of our Faculty building, and ultimately the establishment of our Faculty.
Çetinkaya shared some of his professional experiences at the event and presented his stories to the students with video-visuals. Emphasizing the importance of the journalism profession, Çetinkaya mentioned that a journalist can communicate with people in important positions when he wants to, and that he can bring other people together with those in these positions.
