Our Faculty's 2024-2025 Academic Year Spring Semester End of Term Academic General Assembly Meeting was held on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 12:00 in the Meeting Hall under the presidency of our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Fatih BAYRAM with the participation of academic staff.
In the meeting, comprehensive information was shared about the physical condition of our Faculty, academic and administrative staff, education-training, scientific activities, student activities and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders. Afterwards, the Graduation Ceremony program, which will take place on May 28, 2025 and where we will be giving our first graduates, was also discussed and the preparation phase and program were discussed in detail.
Scientific activity plans for the next academic year and suggestions to increase the quality of education were consulted. The issues of strengthening student counseling services and closely following the graduate tracking system due to the fact that we are giving our first graduates were discussed.
The meeting also discussed the work carried out within the scope of the accreditation process, and in this context, the issues of keeping program outputs up to date and conducting exams as specified in the information package were discussed. The meeting ended with good wishes and hopes after receiving the opinions and suggestions of the faculty members.
