The meeting took place on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Meeting Hall, chaired by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Kemal AVCI, and attended by the Vice Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arzu KALAFAT ÇAT, Dr. Murat BULUT, Faculty Secretary Hayati DEMİR, and administrative staff. During the meeting, a general evaluation of the administrative processes carried out in our Faculty was conducted, and comprehensive information was provided on working hours, the faculty's accreditation and quality processes, mission, and vision. Furthermore, emphasis was placed on the importance of sensitivity in the work and procedures of our students, on the timely completion and planning of tasks in schedule-based work, especially adherence to working hours, the effective and efficient use of the budget allocated to our Faculty, and the careful use of resources in accordance with the Savings Circular. The meeting concluded with our Dean, Vice Deans, and Faculty Secretary listening to the requests and suggestions of our administrative staff and thanking our staff for their dedicated work. It was stressed that the decisions taken at the meeting would contribute to the more effective continuation of administrative operations.
