The 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester End-of-Term General Assembly Meeting was held on June 18, 2026, in the meeting room, chaired by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Kemal AVCI.
During the meeting, our Dean, Prof. Dr. Kemal AVCI, thoroughly reviewed the 2025-2026 academic year with a presentation.
In his evaluation, Mr. AVCI emphasized that the past year was marked by the prominent social and cultural activities of the academic staff, as well as scientific studies, and the successes achieved by students in national and international festivals and competitions under the supervision of their academic advisors.
He stated that in the new academic year's course assignments, the teaching loads of the academic staff should be taken into account, and that, in exceptional cases, a minimum number of external teaching assignments should be made.
Our Dean, Prof. Dr. Kemal AVCI, expressed his satisfaction and gratitude for the addition of a fully equipped Conference Hall with a capacity of 180 people to our faculty, thanks to the support of our Rector, Prof. Dr. Fatih KIRIŞIK.
In addition, comprehensive information was shared regarding improvements made to the physical facilities of our faculty, the academic and administrative staff, education and training, scientific activities, and student events.
Finally, the importance of keeping the Bologna Information Packages up-to-date by academic staff within the scope of institutional accreditation was emphasized.
The meeting concluded with wishes for a successful new academic year for all our students and academic staff, after receiving the opinions and suggestions of the teaching staff.
At the end of the meeting, Certificates of Achievement were presented to the faculty members who served as advisors for students who won awards in national and international festivals and competitions.
